It lists the same contact info if you're looking to check up on the status of your order which is to call 1300 783 865.
Further information I've found regarding current enquiries into recent purchases states:
They can be reached on 02 9283 5400 and their doors are always open at Level
3, 650 George Street, Sydney. However, it's best to email them for a
quick response. The designated person who is looking after this cheryl@dealboard.com.au. If you prefer to receive a refund on a purchase please email Dealboard with your voucher number and they'll take care of the rest.
